Burberry Gift Cards can be redeemed in any Burberry store in the United States or online at us.burberry.com.
At us.burberry.com, Gift Cards can be ordered in the following denominations: $50, $100, $250, $500 and $1000. Since we currently only ship within the United States, the recipient must have a valid United States shipping address. The recipient can use the Gift Card number and personal identification number to shop online at us.burberry.com or present it for payment at any Burberry store in the United States.
To Purchase a Burberry Gift Card
To make your purchase at us.burberry.com,
- Go to our Burberry Gift Card page.
- Under Burberry Gift Cards, click PURCHASE.
- Fill out the order form and click PURCHASE. Be sure to fill in all required fields.
After you purchase a Gift Card:
- Depending on the shipping method you choose, the actual Gift Card will be delivered in 1-7 business days.
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
Redeeming a Burberry Gift Card Online
- Shop us.burberry.com and select items you wish to purchase.
- When you're ready to checkout, click SHOPPING BAG.
- Proceed through the checkout.
- Enter your Gift Card number and unique PIN from the card on either the Payment or the Review page in Checkout and click APPLY.
- If your PIN is not working, please call the Burberry Customer Service team at 800 284 8480.
- When making a purchase online at us.burberry.com, you may redeem as many Gift Cards per order as you would like.
- Please make sure you hold onto all Gift Cards used in this purchase until your order arrives. If your order cannot be fulfilled or you return any items, credit will be issued in the original form of payment. When an order is purchased with both a gift card and another form of payment and a portion of the order is returned, the credit will be applied to Gift Card first.
- For gift cards which do not have pin numbers, please contact your nearest Burberry store to have the balance transferred to a new gift card with a pin number.
Redeeming a Burberry Gift Card at Stores
When making a purchase, present the Gift Card as you would any other form of payment. The amount you spend will be deducted from your Gift Card balance.
Burberry Gift Card Balance
Checking the balance of your Gift Card is easy. You can check the balance remaining on your Gift Card by calling 800 832 0282. When you call, be sure to have your Gift Card number and PIN in front of you.
Important Information about Burberry Gift Cards:
- Gift Cards must be redeemed through stores in the United States or through burberry.com.
- You cannot purchase a Gift Card with another Gift Card.
- If the amount of your Gift Card does NOT cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid form of payment.
- If the amount of your Gift Card is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your Gift Card account for future use.
- For gift recipients returning items purchased with a gift card, credit for the returned merchandise will be issued to the original gift card used to place the order.
- Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
- We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Cards.
- If you have any additional questions, please contact our Customer Service Team.
- We do not charge sales tax when you buy a Gift Card because it is charged when the Gift Card is used. Sales tax may be added to all orders shipped to addresses in the states indicated in purchasing and payment.
