TRENCH COATS
You may bring your classic Burberry trench coat to a Burberry store for an assessment of repair or replacement part. Burberry cannot guarantee the availability of all replacement parts. Please be advised that a fee for repair and replacement part may apply.
ACCESSORIES
Burberry accessories may be brought to a Burberry store for an assessment of repair.
Burberry handbags and small leather goods are under a One Year Warranty limited to manufacturing defects.
Regular wear-and-tear is not considered a manufacture defect, such as dirt, scuff marks, scratches and discoloration of coated canvas. Please be advised that Burberry cannot guarantee the availability of original parts for all accessories. A service fee may apply.
TIMEPIECES
Burberry Timepieces' Two Year Warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects such as:
- Hands and dial
- The watch movement
- Crowns and pushers falling off
A copy of the receipt and/or a copy of the completed and signed Burberry International Warranty Card is required for all warranty repairs. The warranty does not cover the following:
- Any damages in materials and workmanship of battery, case or crystal
- Straps or bracelets
- Water damage unless marked water-resistant
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
A service fee may apply for services not covered under warranty.

EYEWEAR
Burberry Sunglasses' Two Year Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects such as:
- Loose crystals or studs
- Loose lenses
- Faulty or loose screws
The warranty does not cover damage such as:
- Scratched or cracked lenses
- Broken off or bent temples
A service fee may apply for services not covered under warranty.
