    • When will I receive my Burberry Bespoke order?

      Your Burberry Bespoke trench coat will be shipped on completion. On placing your Burberry Bespoke trench coat order we will provide you with an estimated shipping date. The average delivery time is 4-8 weeks, dependent on several factors, including fabric and hardware choices.

      Kindly note that for Burberry Bespoke items, the estimated shipping date is a calculation of several factors, including fabric and hardware choices.

      Please note estimated delivery dates for Burberry Bespoke items are estimates only and can change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. We do our utmost to provide accurate estimates and will continue to keep you updated on the status of your order throughout its progress.

      For multiple Burberry Bespoke orders placed at the same time, different estimated shipping dates may apply. Please Contact Us if you would like your orders shipped together.

    • Where does Burberry deliver?

      We currently deliver to 45 countries and add new destinations regularly

    • How do I ship to another country?

      Click on the Country/Language link and select the country you wish to ship to. Please note you will lose the contents of your shopping bag if you change country. Purchases will be charged in the nominated currency of the country being shipped to. More information on purchasing can be found in Purchasing & Payment.

    • Can I track my order?

      Go to My Burberry, sign into your account and click the 'Order' tab. You can also track your order once it has been shipped using the tracking number located in you shipping confirmation email at www.ups.com.

    • Can I send my order as a gift?

      Orders can be delivered to an address in any of the countries listed in Shipping Destinations & Transit times.

      • Select the destination country from Country/Language at the bottom of the page, select the item(s) you wish to send, and enter the recipient's shipping address.
      • Remember to indicate the product is a gift at checkout to ensure the price is not included on the shipping note.
      • During checkout, you can enter a gift message that will arrive with the product upon delivery.
      • All orders are packaged in a Burberry bag, embossed with our logo and tied with a satin ribbon.
      • Import taxes and duties are included within the product price for most destinations except those marked with * therefore the recipient will not be responsible. Please refer to Shipping Destinations & Transit times to check your recipient's shipping destination.

    • Can my order be gift-wrapped and / or include a gift message?

      All orders, except Burberry Bespoke products, are packaged in a Burberry bag, embossed with our logo and tied with a satin ribbon.

      Please indicate at checkout that you would like your purchase to include a gift card and enter a personal message.

      In addition if you select the 'Gift wrap, message and receipt’ tick box at the checkout you will receive a Burberry Pochette or Burberry Gift box dependent on the product type.

      For Burberry Bespoke products, orders are delivered in our exclusive Burberry Bespoke packaging, logo embossed and tied with a satin ribbon. Selected items may require alternative packaging for added protection and will be delivered in a unique hanging case.

    • Do you ship to multiple shipping addresses?

      Unfortunately we can ship your online order to only one location, separate orders would need to be placed for each address.

    • How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

      You are not required to pay the relevant import taxes and duties unless your shipping destination country is highlighted with * in Shipping Destinations & Transit Times table.

      Where the destination country is highlighted with * in Shipping Destinations & Transit Times you are responsible for the payment of any relevant import taxes and duties. You will be notified of this at the checkout.

      We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

      For destinations highlighted with * in Shipping Destinations & Transit Times table, import taxes and duties are non-refundable through Burberry. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.

    • What are shipping restrictions?

      Certain products such as exotic skins, cosmetics and fragrance have strict international trading agreements and regulations to which we must adhere. Unfortunately we are unable to ship these products to certain countries outside of the EU and US and within certain states within the US and countries in the EU.

    • Does Burberry ship to Post Office boxes or Military Bases?

      Yes, within the US. However orders cannot be expedited.

    Returns

    • How do I return an item I've ordered online?

      Free returns are available worldwide for all items except fragrance and Burberry Bespoke items within 30 days of shipping provided the Return Conditions specified below are met. Instructions are provided in Returning your Purchase.

    • Return Conditions
      • Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country with the original Returns Form.
      • Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all Burberry product tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
      • Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns or anything we reasonably believe has been used will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

      All refunds are processed on receipt of your return and will be credited to the original form of payment within 14 days of receipt.

    • What if I cannot find a Returns Label in my parcel?

      For Burberry.com orders you can use our collection service at no additional cost to ensure returned items are protected and recorded during transit. This can be scheduled by contacting Customer Service Contact Us. However, you may also return the goods to us by any secure means to:

    • Can I return an item I received as a gift?

      Yes, unused items can be returned to us within 30 days of shipping with the exception of fragrance and Burberry Bespoke products.

      Please return the goods to us using the free Returning your Purchase process and ensure the Return Conditions are met. Returns will be refunded to the original purchaser via the original method of payment.
