• Customers are not responsible for the payment of import taxes and duties unless the destination country is highlighted with * in the schedule.
• Customers can ship within any of our 45 destinations. Select Country/Language to change your shipping destination, view local prices and delivery times. Please note you will lose the contents of your shopping bag if you change country.

TRACK MY ORDER

• On shipping your order we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number.
• Please check the status of your order online. Visit My Burberry, sign in to your account and click the 'Order' tab.
• Order status may take up to 1 hour to update after the order has been placed.
• If you have ordered Burberry Bespoke items, we will send regular email updates on the current status of your Burberry Bespoke trench coat.
