- On shipping your order we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- If you have a registered account with Burberry, you may check the status of your order online. Visit My Burberry, sign in to your account and select the ‘Order’ tab.
- Order status may take up to 1 hour to update after the order has been placed.

- Orders for next day delivery must be placed before 14:00 EST on a working day. Orders received after this deadline will be processed the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Please note: Next day delivery is not available for orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipments to these countries are subject to strict controls by local customs authorities and as a result delays may occur for reasons outside of our control.
Please note: you may be contacted by our courier and/or customs clearance broker to provide certain information and authorisation for them to act on your behalf to import your order. If you do not provide authorization when contacted, you may become responsible for the import.

COLLECT-IN-STORE
You can now shop online at Burberry.com and collect your order in selected stores as early as the following day. Designed around your lifestyle, the complimentary delivery option also gives you the opportunity to experience our personal in-store customer service. Items can be collected at your convenience and can be returned with no shipping charges.
Collect-in-Store is a complimentary service available in selected stores in the UK, USA, France, Spain, Italy and Germany only. The stores are listed at checkout where you can select your preferred store for collection.
Collection times from the store will be:
- Next Day (if ordered Monday - Friday before 2pm local time)
- Two working days (if ordered after 2pm local time Friday or on a federal holiday)
To use this service, please visit Burberry on a desktop device, select the Collect-in-Store option at the checkout and choose a store from the menu.
Once your order has arrived in store you will receive a notification email inviting you to come in store to collect your purchase. Your order will remain in store for 10 days before it is returned to Burberry and a full refund issued to you.
When collecting your order please bring the following items:
- A state or government issued ID such as a drivers license or passport
- The card used to purchase the products
If you would like someone to collect the order on your behalf, please provide your signed written permission in English in addition to the above items.

- Due to the personalised nature of Burberry Bespoke, delivery times may vary. The average delivery time is 4-8 weeks.
- Burberry provides an estimated shipping date on placement of an order. Estimated shipping dates apply to Burberry Bespoke items only. If items other than Burberry Bespoke are ordered, please note these will be shipped according to the Shipping Destinations, Costs & Delivery Times table above.
- The estimated shipping date is a calculation of several factors, including fabric and hardware choices. It can change between the time a customer places the order and receives an order confirmation.
- For multiple Burberry Bespoke orders placed at the same time, different estimated shipping dates may apply. Please Contact Us if you would like your orders shipped together.
