Ready-to-wear items and bags can be personalised with a bespoke nameplate showing your name or initials using Roman characters in the Burberry font.
Scarves can be embroidered with up to three initials.
Please note: character limits apply for all personalisation requests and it is not possible to use symbols.
If your product can be personalised, we will contact you via email upon receiving your order to ask if you would like to proceed with personalisation. You will also receive a follow-up email confirming your personalisation details.
Personalisation is an optional, complimentary service.
Personalisation requests can be made until Monday 22 June 2015. It is not possible to personalise your item after this date or once it has been shipped.
Certain products will be restricted at checkout for shipping outside of the EU and US. You will be notified on the product page and when placing an order at checkout.
Payment for Runway Made to Order items made online will be taken within 14 days of placing the order. Your debit or credit card may show an authorisation for the relevant amount at the time you place the order.
Runway Made to Order items will be shipped between 12-18 weeks from the end of the one week order window. Delivery will be approximately two months before the collection arrives in store, depending on the item.
Please note that international shipments or items containing exotic skins or fur are subject to strict controls by local customs authorities and, as a result, delays may occur for reasons outside of our control.
If you do not personalise your product, free returns are available within 30 days of shipping, according to the conditions specified within Returns & Cancellations. Please follow the instructions in Returning Your Purchase. If you choose to personalise your product, it will be customised for you and changes, returns or cancellations cannot be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you would like your items to be gift packaged, please indicate at checkout that your purchase is a gift by ticking ‘Gift Packaging and Gift Receipt’. You will also be offered the opportunity to add a personal gift message to your order. If you would like to do this, please tick the box marked ‘Gift Packaging, Gift Receipt and Message’ and enter your message at checkout.
Our gift packaging consists of a Burberry bag or box with ribbon. Please note that we will always put the condition of your garment first and, due to this, we may be unable to offer gift boxes for large items. Due to safety restrictions we are also unable to offer gift packaging for some of our beauty range.
We also offer minimal packaging, which consists of a plain box with tissue paper.
Products will be individually gift packaged.
Selected products on Burberry.com are available to be monogrammed with your initials.
A selection of Heritage scarves can be embroidered with up to three of your initials using Roman characters in the Burberry font. The 90ml edition of the My Burberry fragrance bottle can also be engraved with up to three of your chosen initials using Roman characters in the Burberry font. Monogramming may also be available for a selection of other products for each season.
If your chosen item can be monogrammed, the option to monogram the item will be displayed on the product details page for the item. You can select your chosen initials for each product before adding it to your basket.
Please note: up to 3 characters and only Roman characters can be monogrammed. Symbols cannot be included in the monogramming.
Monogramming is an optional service and you do not have to select monogramming. For Heritage scarves and seasonal product there is a charge for the service, which is displayed on the product page. This will be shown in your basket at checkout. Monogramming is offered as a complimentary service for selected sizes of My Burberry fragrance bottles.
It is not possible to request monogramming for your item after the order has been placed or after you have received your product. All monogramming requests must be submitted at the time of ordering and cannot be accepted after your order has been placed.
